Tampa gets a little of everything: baby showers and first birthdays at home, milestone birthdays in restaurant private rooms, and office celebrations and grand openings downtown and in Westshore. Balloon decorations in Tampa for business events are a bigger share here than anywhere else I go.

Getting there and timing
Downtown hotels and office buildings usually have loading zones, parking limits and set load-in times, so send me the building’s vendor instructions when you book. I also plan around I-275 and I-4 traffic before evening events so I’m not cutting it close. Most Tampa addresses fall inside my included delivery area.
Planning tips for a Tampa party
If you’re in a high-rise or a downtown venue, ask the building what paperwork they need from vendors, whether a freight elevator has to be booked, and how early I can get in. For South Tampa and Seminole Heights homes, street parking can be tight on weekends, so a driveway spot or a nearby place to unload helps a lot. Garlands in older bungalows often go over a doorway or a fireplace, so send me a photo and I’ll size it to the wall.

Can you set up in a downtown hotel or office building?
Yes. Send me the venue’s vendor or load-in rules and the contact for the building, and I’ll coordinate the time, parking and access with them ahead of the event.
Do you charge travel inside Tampa?
Most of Tampa is within 15 miles of my base, so there’s no travel fee. If your address is farther out, I’ll show the fee on your quote before you pay.
What areas do you cover?
I’m based in Tampa and set up across Tampa Bay, including Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, St. Pete and Clearwater. Within 15 miles there’s no travel fee; beyond that it’s $40 up to 30 miles and $75 up to 45 miles.
