Balloon backdrops for photos and focal walls
If you know people are going to take pictures (and they are), a balloon backdrop gives them one good spot to do it. I build the garland on your wall or on a frame I bring, in your colors.
Backdrop options
- Garland on your wall. If the venue allows it, I hang the garland directly on a wall with removable hooks.
- Garland on a frame or stand. I bring a backdrop frame and build the garland on it. Works anywhere, including rooms where you can’t hang things.
- With a custom name. Add a custom vinyl name or message for the center of the photo.
What looks good in photos
Color, light and height matter most. Pick two to four colors and let one lead. Avoid putting the backdrop right in front of a bright window, since phones will turn everything into a silhouette. And go tall: a backdrop that’s taller than the people standing in front of it fills the frame.
Small rooms and apartments
You don’t need a ballroom. A smaller garland on a narrow frame fits a living room corner or an apartment wall. Send me a photo of the space and I’ll size it.

Full balloon backdrops are part of the Arch & Backdrop package, starting at $475. Bigger walls and custom builds are quoted by size. Around Tampa Bay, balloon backdrop prices for a full setup usually start around $500.

Can you match my colors?
Yes. Send me a palette, an invitation, or an inspiration photo and I’ll build around it.
Do you set up and take it down?
Yes. I build the garland at your venue, usually arriving 1 to 2 hours before your event, and come back afterward to take it all down and haul it away.
Do I need a wall I can hang things on?
No. I can bring a backdrop stand and build the garland on it, so nothing touches the venue’s walls.
