A grand opening balloon arch around your entrance is the classic move. I can also do garlands along a window, a counter or a check-in table inside.
Brand color matching
Send me your logo or brand colors and I’ll match them as closely as balloon colors allow. If your colors are unusual, I’ll suggest the closest options before the event.
Outdoor installs (wind, sun, sidewalks)
Storefront arches are usually outside, so I weight or anchor them for wind and keep the base clear of the sidewalk so people can still walk in. In full sun, balloons don’t last as long, so I’ll plan the setup time around when your event starts.
Ribbon cuttings with a chamber or city
If you’re doing a ribbon cutting with a local chamber of commerce or city officials, ribbon cutting balloons give the photo a backdrop. Let me know the time and I’ll have everything set before people arrive.

Quick answers
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is the safe bet. Saturdays and holiday weekends go first. If your date is sooner, send it through the booking form anyway. Sometimes I can fit it in.
Do you set up and take it down?
Yes. I build the garland at your venue, usually arriving 1 to 2 hours before your event, and come back afterward to take it all down and haul it away.
Can we release the balloons after the party?
No. I never release balloons, and since July 2024 Florida law treats releasing balloons outdoors on purpose as littering. Everything I put up, I take down at teardown and dispose of responsibly.
