Balloon arches and garlands for weddings
Balloons at a wedding don’t have to look like a kid’s party. In neutrals, whites, champagne and metallics, a wedding balloon arch or garland looks soft and modern, and it photographs well.
Ceremony arches
A wedding balloon arch can frame the spot where you say your vows, indoors or out. Outdoors, I weight the frame for wind and plan setup so the balloons aren’t in full sun for hours before the ceremony. If you want a softer, garden look, I can add faux greenery.
Reception and sweetheart-table garlands
A wedding balloon garland behind the sweetheart table or over the dessert table gives you a backdrop for every toast and photo.
Bridal showers and engagement parties
Same look, smaller scale. A garland over the gift or dessert table works for most bridal showers and engagement parties.
Working with venues and planners
Wedding venues usually have load-in times, vendor rules and sometimes balloon limits. Tell me your venue and your planner’s contact and I’ll coordinate the setup and teardown times with them directly.

Custom quotes
Weddings vary a lot, so most get a custom quote. The Arch & Backdrop package starts at $475. Send me the venue, date and your colors and I’ll put together a quote.

Quick answers
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is the safe bet. Saturdays and holiday weekends go first. If your date is sooner, send it through the booking form anyway. Sometimes I can fit it in.
Do you set up and take it down?
Yes. I build the garland at your venue, usually arriving 1 to 2 hours before your event, and come back afterward to take it all down and haul it away.
Can we release the balloons after the party?
No. I never release balloons, and since July 2024 Florida law treats releasing balloons outdoors on purpose as littering. Everything I put up, I take down at teardown and dispose of responsibly.
Have a date in mind?
Fall Saturdays and holiday weekends go first. Send me your date and I’ll let you know if it’s open.
