Balloon garland questions

My installed packages start at $225 for about 8 feet, and a Full Garland of about 14 feet starts at $375. Both include design, balloons, setup and teardown. Grab & Go garlands you hang yourself start at $125. Full details are on the Packages page.

A balloon arch is part of the Arch & Backdrop package, which starts at $475. Bigger or more detailed arches are quoted based on size and where it’s going. Send me the space and the date.

Two to three weeks is the safe bet. Saturdays and holiday weekends go first. If your date is sooner, send it through the booking form anyway. Sometimes I can fit it in.

Fill out the booking form and pay a $100 deposit at secure checkout. The deposit goes toward your total and isn’t refundable, and the balance is due 3 days before the event. If I’m already booked that day, I’ll refund your $100 in full.

Yes. Your $100 comes off the final price, so you only pay the balance before your event.

Yes, once. If you let me know at least 7 days before your event, I’ll move your deposit to a new date within 6 months, as long as I’m free that day.

I’m based in Tampa and set up across Tampa Bay, including Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, St. Pete and Clearwater. Within 15 miles there’s no travel fee; beyond that it’s $40 up to 30 miles and $75 up to 45 miles.

Yes. I build the garland at your venue, usually arriving 1 to 2 hours before your event, and come back afterward to take it all down and haul it away.

Yes. Grab & Go garlands are pre-built and ready to hang, with hooks and a care card. You pick it up and hang it yourself. Pickup details come with your booking confirmation. Bring a car with room for it, since a 6-foot garland takes up most of a back seat.

Yes. Tell me the venue and I’ll check their setup times and vendor rules ahead of time.

Yes. Send me a palette, an invitation, or an inspiration photo and I’ll build around it.

An organic garland mixes balloon sizes in loose clusters for a full, natural look. A classic garland uses same-size balloons in a neat, uniform pattern. My packages are organic, and classic is available on request.

It can, but Florida sun and heat are hard on latex. Outdoors I’ll suggest shade, a later setup time, and weights for wind. Indoors, a garland usually looks good for 3 to 5 days.

No. I never release balloons, and since July 2024 Florida law treats releasing balloons outdoors on purpose as littering. Everything I put up, I take down at teardown and dispose of responsibly.

Popped balloon pieces are a choking hazard for kids under 8 and for pets, so pick up any pieces right away. Balloons are latex, so tell me before you book if anyone at your event has a latex allergy.
