Getting there and timing
It’s a straight shot north on I-75 from Tampa. SR 54 and SR 56 get busy on weekends, so I give myself extra time. Wesley Chapel usually falls in the $40 or $75 travel tier depending on your address.

Amenity centers in places like Wiregrass Ranch and Epperson often have their own rules about decorations and what can touch the walls, so grab a copy from the management office when you reserve. For business openings in the newer shopping centers, ask your landlord or property manager if anything is allowed on the sidewalk in front of your door.
