Getting there and timing
I come over the Courtney Campbell Causeway from Tampa. Beach traffic on weekends and during spring break is no joke, so I plan earlier arrivals. Beach and lawn installs need wind planning, and hotels usually have loading-dock times and vendor check-in. Clearwater usually falls in the $40 travel tier, with Palm Harbor and the beach possibly in the $75 tier.
Planning tips for a Clearwater party
Beach resorts usually want vendors to check in at a loading dock and may ask for paperwork ahead of time, so get me the event coordinator’s contact early. For lawn ceremonies, an arch near hedges or a building gets some protection from the wind. In Dunedin, Safety Harbor and Countryside, most of my work is home parties, and a covered lanai is the perfect spot for a garland.

Can you work with a hotel’s vendor rules and insurance requirements?
Yes on vendor rules: send me the hotel’s vendor packet and event contact and I’ll follow their load-in and setup requirements. If your hotel requires a certificate of insurance, ask me before booking.
Can you set up on the beach or a lawn?
Lawns, yes, with stakes or weights for the frame. Beach setups depend on the hotel or city rules for that stretch of sand and on the wind that day, so let’s talk it through before you book. Sun and wind on the beach mean balloons last for the event, not for days.
What areas do you cover?
I’m based in Tampa and set up across Tampa Bay, including Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, St. Pete and Clearwater. Within 15 miles there’s no travel fee; beyond that it’s $40 up to 30 miles and $75 up to 45 miles.
