Balloon arches in Tampa

A balloon arch gives a room a front door. I build every arch on a sturdy frame right at your venue, so you get height and a real photo spot without anything wobbling.

Arch styles

  • Organic garland-on-frame arch. Mixed-size balloons in loose clusters over an arch frame. This is the most requested style.
  • Doorway arch. A garland shaped around an existing door or entryway, no frame needed.

Only the styles I actually offer are listed here. If you’re picturing something else, ask.

Indoor vs. outdoor arches

Indoors, an arch stays put and holds its shape. Outdoors, wind and sun are the issues. I use weights or stakes to keep the frame steady and plan the setup time so the balloons aren’t baking for hours before the party. If your venue is full sun, a covered spot or a later start helps.

What size arch you need

Most doorways and photo spots fit an arch about 8 ft wide. A storefront or big ballroom entrance may need something larger. Send me the width of the space and the ceiling height and I’ll tell you what fits.

Arches for grand openings and ribbon cuttings

A balloon arch in your brand colors over the front door is one of the easiest ways to show people you’re open. I can set up early, before doors open, and take it down after.

Balloon arch questions

How much is a balloon arch?

A balloon arch is part of the Arch & Backdrop package, which starts at $475. Bigger or more detailed arches are quoted based on size and where it’s going. Send me the space and the date.

Can the garland go outside?

It can, but Florida sun and heat are hard on latex. Outdoors I’ll suggest shade, a later setup time, and weights for wind. Indoors, a garland usually looks good for 3 to 5 days.

Do you work with venues and hotels?

Yes. Tell me the venue and I’ll check their setup times and vendor rules ahead of time.

How long does it take to set up an arch?

Most arches take me about 1 to 2 hours on site. I’ll plan my arrival around your venue’s load-in time.

Have a date in mind?

Fall Saturdays and holiday weekends go first. Send me your date and I’ll let you know if it’s open.
