Planning tips for a Riverview party
Pool pavilions look great in photos but get the afternoon sun, so if you can, pick a morning time or the side of the pavilion that stays shaded. For home parties in newer builds, the big open living room wall or the space behind the kitchen island are usually the best spots for a garland. If you’re in Apollo Beach or Ruskin near the water, expect a breeze and tell me so I bring extra weights.

Can you do an outdoor pavilion in summer?
Yes, with a plan. Covered pavilions are much better than open sun. I’ll set up closer to your start time, weight the frame, and suggest lighter colors that handle heat better. Expect outdoor balloons to look their best for the party itself, not for days after.
Do you need clubhouse approval first?
Usually, yes. Most HOAs want you to reserve the clubhouse and some have rules on decorations, hooks and setup times. Check with your HOA first and send me anything they give you.
What areas do you cover?
I’m based in Tampa and set up across Tampa Bay, including Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, St. Pete and Clearwater. Within 15 miles there’s no travel fee; beyond that it’s $40 up to 30 miles and $75 up to 45 miles.
